I wanted a whimsical, vintage inspired engagement ring and priscilla worked with my (now husband) to make those ideas so real! We moved our wedding date up and priscilla went out of her way to help get the ring complete in time for the wedding. She even was able to help me with my husbands wedding band on short notice as well!

My wife had assorted gold jewelry (mainly 18K and 22K) that she was contemplating to sell for quite a while. With the soaring gold prices she had decided to get an approximate value using a digital scale and online gold value calculator. We then made an appointment at Steve Quick's shop because she had made a purchase there in the past. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by an associate and Steve met with us shortly thereafter. Steve had a terrific attitude and took time to closely analyze and assign a value to each piece of jewelry. This took some time due to the variety of pieces my wife was selling! Much to our surprise, the total offer Steve provided on the jewelry was very close to the value my wife calculated herself. We were both expecting an offer that was considerably less than the value we had calculated at home. Steve Quick Jewelry went above and beyond our expectations! Despite the fact that we were selling and not buying, we were given the same exceptional level of service! Thank you Steve!!!

My husband and I went with Steve Quick for our wedding bands and my engagement ring. I think each ring speaks for itself and the service we received was beyond wonderful. Brandon in particular was so helpful, personable and invested in our experience. He was our guy, checking in regarding the status of the rings, cleaning them for us, resizing the engagement ring, etc. He provided impeccable service and expertise. I cannot recommend this unique and one of a kind jeweler more highly.

This is the best jeweler in Chicago. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with them on our engagement and wedding rings, and more recently, I worked with one of their amazing designers, Priscilla, on a necklace incorporating our children’s birthstones. Priscilla was so responsive and fun to work with! She took all my feedback seriously and had great suggestions. She was determined to make this special piece perfect, and it is! I can’t recommend Steve and his team highly enough!

I worked with Priscilla at Steve Quick and I had an amazing experience. In my original engagement ring, made my a different company, the 3 prongs for my pear-shaped diamond kept moving and my stone kept count loose (which happened 3 times over 1.5 years). I brought my ring to Steve Quick and they remade it - it’s perfect! Priscilla kept the dainty look which I liked so much in my original ring, while making it much sturdier. My diamond isn’t going anywhere now! I will be back.

I had an amazing experience at Steve Quick Jewelers! My engagement ring (bought from a different jeweler) got bent and they were so knowledgeable on how to slightly redesign it to avoid it bending again. Priscilla was so kind, responsive, and friendly and was able to work with me and my ring insurance to fix my ring. Would highly recommend!

Priscilla did an incredible job. I was unhappy with my engagement ring’s original setting from a different jeweler and she worked closely with me to come up with a new concept, repurpose some of the original platinum and create a beautiful new ring. She was so responsive, supportive and professional. Overall great experience!!
